The content on this site is provided for general information about our products and manufacturing services. Product availability, specifications, tolerances and pricing are subject to change, and nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute an order. An order exists only once a written quotation has been accepted, a specification agreed, and a proforma invoice issued and settled in accordance with its terms.
Samples and approved specifications
Where a pre-production sample is produced and approved in writing, that sample is the quality benchmark for the order. Production conforming to the approved sample within agreed tolerances is deemed conforming.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, branding and content on this site are the property of Encomio Industries unless otherwise stated. Artwork, tech packs and designs supplied by a customer remain that customer's property, and we will not reproduce them for any other buyer. We do not manufacture goods bearing third-party trademarks without documented authorisation.
Referral programme
Participation in the partner programme is subject to approval and to the programme terms published on the referral page. Commission is payable only on orders that complete and are paid for in full.
Liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of contract.
